Valentine's Day Cocktail Treats

STRAWBERRY CHAMPAGNE MIMOSA

2 C. Orange Juice (no pulp)

1 Bottle Champagne

1/2 C. Fresh Strawberries

Blend Orange Juice and Strawberries in Blender.  Fill each glass halfway with champagne.  Top with juice mixture.  Garnish with Strawberry.

CREAMY CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY MARTINI

SYRUP:

12 Oz. Strawberries, thawed

1/4 C. Sugar

2 Tbsp. Raspberry Liqueur

COCKTAIL:

3 oz. half and half

2 oz. Vodka

2 oz. Raspberry Syrup

1 oz. White Chocolate Liqueur

GARNISH:

Red, Pink and/or White Jimmies

Make Syrup:  Simmer strawberries and sugar in saucepan until sugar has dissolved.  Remove from heat and add Raspberry Liqueur.

Rub rims of chilled cocktail glasses with chocolate liqueur.  Dip in jimmies.

In an ice filled shaker, combine half and half, chocolate liqueur, vodka and raspberry syrup, shake well, and pour into prepared glasses.

LOVE POTION

1 Part Sweetened Lime Juice

2 Parts Raspberry Vodka

2 Parts Cranberry Juice Cocktail

1 Part Grenadine

Raspberries for Garnish

Shake liquid ingredients with ice in shaker until well mixed and chilled.  Pour into cocktail glass and add garnish.

ROMANCE

Per Drink:

3/4 oz. Tia Maria

3/4 oz. Irish Cream

3/4 oz. Dark Creme De Cacao

1 oz. heavy cream

Garnish:  Cherries

Shake liquid ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice until well mixed and chilled.  Pour into Martini glass.  Garnish
