In a chilled cocktail shaker, combine ingredients. Fill shaker with ice and cover. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour through strainer into a martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.
HARVEY WALLBANGER
1-1/4 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Galliano Liqueur
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add vodka and orange juice. Slowly pour Galliano to float on top. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry on pick.
MOSCOW MULE
2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. Ginger Beer
Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 with ice. Add vodka and lime juice. Shake 15 seconds. Strain into copper mug and add crushed ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime.
BLOODY MARY
2 oz. Vodka
4 oz. Tomato Juice
1 Lemon Wedge
1 Lime Wedge
2 Dashes Tobasco Sauce
2 Tsp. Horseradish
2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1 Pinch Celery Salt
1 Pinch Black Pepper
1 Pinch Paprika
Prepare pint glass with lemon wedge rubbed along rim, then roll in plate of celery salt. In a shaker with ice, squeeze lemon and lime, then drop in . Add remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with parsley sprig or celery stalk in glass. Garnish with green olives and lime wedge on pick.
CAPE CODDER
1 Part Vodka
4 Parts Cranberry Juice
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass and stir. Garnish with lime wedge.
MARTINI
2 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Olive or Lemon
Pour ingredients into mixing glass with ice and stir OR into shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with olive or lemon slice. For DIRTY MARTINI, add a splash of olive juice.
APPLETINI
1-1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Green Apple Schnapps
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Add 1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps for CARAMEL APPLETINI
Prepare rim of glass with juice from wedge of lime and roll in cinnamon & sugar mix or caramel.

CHOCOLATE MARTINI
2 oz. Vodka
1-1//2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
Prepare rim of martini glass. Wet rim of glass with water and dip in plate of powdered cocoa.
Combine vodka and liqueur in a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into prepared maritini glass. Garnish with chocolate kiss.
LONG ISLAND ICED TEA
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
Cherry Cola
Combine in an ice-filled shaker the alcohols and lemon juice. Shake well and pour into a tall Collins glass. Top with cola.
PINA COLADA
1-1/2 oz. White Rum
6 oz. Coconut Cream
6 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
Crush ice in a blender or add crushed ice to shaker. Add all ingredients to blender or shaker. Blend or shake until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherry,
MOJITO
3 Mint Leaves
2 oz. White Rum
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. Club Soda
Put Simple Syrup into shaker. Crush mint leaves in syrup and stir. Add rum, lime juice, and ice. Shake 20 seconds. Strain into a high all glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
DAIQUIRI
1 Tsp. Fine Sugar
1-3/4 oz. White Rum
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. * Simple Syrup
Combine ingredients in shaker. Shake 20 seconds. Strain into glass over ice. Garnish with lime twist.
MAI TAI
2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
1/4 oz. Orgeat Syrup
1/4 oz. *Simple Syrup
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in shaker over ice. Pour into Old Fashioned glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime peel and sprig of mint.
RUM RUNNER
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Chambord
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Orange Juice

Combine ingredients in ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously 20 seconds. Strain into Hurricane glass over ice. Garnish with skewered fruit.

1 Lime Wedge
Squeeze lime wedge into a Collins glass. Add rum and 2 ice cubes. Fill glass with cola . Drop in slice of lime peel. Stir.

2 oz. Dry Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. *Simple Syrup
Club Soda
In a Collins glass, combine gin, lemon juice and Simple Syrup. Add ice, top with club soda and stir. Garnish with maraschino cherry and lemon wheel.
SINGAPORE SLING
2 oz. Gin
1/3 oz. Cointreau
1/3 oz. Benedictine
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy

Lime Wedge
Add ingredients to a highball glass with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Squeeze grapefruit twist and drop in.
OLD FASHIONED
2 oz. Bourbon
1 Dash Bitters
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 Orange Slice
Combine Bitters, sugar, and orange slice in a rocks glass. Crush together with the back of a spoon. Add ice cubes, then pour bourbon over rocks. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
MINT JULEP
2 oz. Bourbon
1 Tsp. Sugar
2 Fresh Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice
Crush together Mint leaves and sugar, then put into shaker. Add Bourbon and Ice CUBES. Shake 30 seconds or until sugar is dissolved and mixture is very cold. Strain into 8 oz. glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprigs.
WALDORF
2 oz. Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz. Absinthe
2 Dashes Bitters
Pour the absinthe into a chilled cocktail glass, swirl it around to coat the sides, then toss any excess. Pour the whiskey, bitters and vermouth into a separate mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well, and strain into the coated cocktail glass.
TEQUILA SUNRISE
1-1/2 oz. Tequila
3/4 Cup Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Grenadine Syrup
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the tequila and orange juice. Slowly add the grenadine over the back of a spoon, allowing it to settle at the bottom. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
MATADOR
1-1/2 oz. Tequila
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake 20 seconds. Strain into ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
MARGARHITA
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Prepare rim of rocks glass with juice of lime wedge, then dip rim in salt.
Combine in shaker, tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake 20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass over ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
1/4 oz. Simple syrup may be added to smooth a harsh brand of tequila.
PALOMA
2 oz. Tequila
1 Bottle Squirt Soda
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Prepare rim of highball glass with juice of lime wedge, then dip rim in salt.
Fill glass with ice. Fill 1/3 of glass with soda. Add tequila and lime juice. Top with more soda. Stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge.
MEXICAN MULE
2 oz. Gold Tequila
3 oz. Ginger Ale
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tsp. Simple Syrup
Combine Tequila, lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass. Top with COLD ginger ale. Garnish with lime wheel.
MAMOSA
Champagne
Orange Juice
Mix equal parts of COLD ingredients in a pitcher. Stir. Pour into Champagne flutes.
CLASSIC CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
Champagne
1/3 oz. Cognac
2 Dashes Bitters
1 Sugar Cube
Add dash of bitter onto sugar cube and drop into Champagne flute. Add Cognac, then gently pour in chilled champagne. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
FRENCH 75
Champagne
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Simple Syrup
Combine gin, syrup and lemon juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake 20 seconds and strain into an iced champagne flute. Fill to top with champagne.
GRAND ROYAL
Champagne
3/4 oz. Vodka
4 Dashes Goldschlager Liqueur
Add Vodka and Liqueur to champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne.
CHAMPAGNE PUNCH
Combine your favorite fruit juices to add color and flavor to any gathering. " Punch it up" with a bottle of champagne for a sparkly alcoholic drink. Add fresh fruit frozen in an ice ring!
